I've never believed a good building could come from a single mind, however experienced. Around me at CAIU, there are architects, engineers, and technicians I've watched grow into this profession and in whom I have complete trust — because a project done right always needs several sets of eyes, never just one. We talk things through, we disagree sometimes, we adjust together, and it's exactly that friction, handled with respect, that keeps us from missing something and makes the difference between a decent building and a truly good one.
